This website (TQSEMA) is a mobile application for displaying and lease playgrounds for individuals and companies. Whereas, TQSEMA offers different playgrounds on behalf of the lessors and according to prior agreements concluded between TQSEMA, and owners /agents, whereas any client wishing to rent these playgrounds through the application, is leased according to the following conditions: -    
1-    the Client acknowledge that he shall use this mobile application in a safe way without any mess  
2-    the Client acknowledge that he has viewed the presented playgrounds on TQSEMA mobile application and he has also viewed the specifications of the playgrounds.    
3-    The Client is obligated to pay the rental value once he has agreed to the specifications and accepted the playing field and made the reservation.  
4-      the value of the goods must be paid either by credit card or by direct transfer from his personal account through the bank that he deals with  
5-    The Client has the right to pay the rental value through direct transfer through exchange companies.  
6-     The client is not entitled to take possession of the playground unless after making sure that payment has been made.  
7-    The customer has the right to choose the play equipment from the options available at TQSEMA at the application, provided that TQSEMA shall be committed to providing this equipment at the date specified by the customer.    
8-    The client has the right to cancel the playground reservation without any deductions 48 hours before the date of the reservation date Provided that TQSEMA shall keep the amount in the client's wallet for further use.    
9-    If the client cancels the reservation of the playground within less than 48 hours from the date of the reservation date, TQSEMA shall deduct the equivalent of 50 % of the reservation value, provided that TQSEMA shall keep the amount in the client's wallet for further use.   
10-  In the event that the customer cancels the reservation of the playground within a period of fewer than 24 hours from the specified date for the reservation, he is not entitled to refund the value of the reservation.
11- The leased playground shall be delivered by the lessor according to the agreed specifications and on the specified date.   
12- The lessor is obligated to provide all equipment and necessary materials for the use of the playground or as agreed upon with the customer selection.   
13- The lessor is obligated at all times to obtain all documents and permits related to the playground.   
14- The lessor guarantees, at all times, the continuity of providing services to the customer.   
15- The customer shall maintain, at all times, while using the playground, abide by the instructions of the landlord regarding security and safety, and how to use the playgrounds.   
16- The customer is responsible during the use of the playground and shall bear all damages that may be caused by the misuse of the pitch leased by him or by his players, whether that is the playing field, equipment, or materials.   
17-  The customer has the right to request a replacement of the playground if the playground is not ready for use for any reason not related to him.   
18- The TQSEMA and the lessor have the right to change the rent fees from one time to another and shall be announced in the mobile application.   
19- The rental fees are not fixed and are subject to change from time to time according to what the landlord sets, including sales tax.   
20- In the event of cancellation of the reservation, TAQSIMA is obligated to return the value after deductions, if any, within a period not exceeding (10) days for the client's Wallet.   
21-  In the event that the customer does not wish to place the amounts owed to him in the wallet, the value of the reservation will be refunded using the same payment method within ( 10 ) working days as maximum.   
22- In the event that the playground/playgrounds are fully booked, and despite its appearance on the application, the lessor has the right to apologize for the availability of the playground, provided that he clarifies on the application that the playground/playgrounds have been booked, and the lessor has the right to set a new date for the start of the leasing as soon as.   
23- The customer has the right to refuse to take over the playground if it is received in the following cases: -
    1)    If the playground was not usable at the moment of receiving it.  
    2)    The playground does not meet the security and safety requirements.
    3)    If the playground is not equipped to play in violation of the specifications according to which the reservation was made.     
24-  The lessor has the right to object to the playground situation based on a complaint filed on the mobile application of a TAQSIMA in which the reasons for the objection are presented, provided that the TAQSIMA shall remove the reasons for the complaint within 48 hours from the date of submitting the complaint.
